We Help First Responders

Empowering First Responders with Proactive Training to Confidently Navigate Crises and Trauma from Day One!

Our Program

The First Responders Resilience Network Program provides 3 different program levels of essential training, tools, and techniques designed to equip first responders with effective coping strategies and skills for managing traumatic events and stressors they encounter in their critical roles. These 3 levels of programs are Day One, On-The-Job, and Leaders Up Front.

After Witnessing the Unimaginable, How Can First Responders Move Forward?

30% of first responders develop behavioral health conditions.

60-75% of marriages among first responders end in divorce.

Law enforcement and firefighters are more likely to die of suicide than in the line of duty.

In first responders, depression and PTSD are up to 5x more common, with 37% reporting harmful substance abuse and 24% experiencing symptoms of depression.

We must equip first responders for resilience—preparing them before and during crises to eliminate the need for 'after' to seek help!
